Yeah... We haven't settled completely on hours yet but what I have thrown out there is something like:
Tues-Thurs.. 4-9
Friday.. 4-11
Sat: noon-11
Closed Sun-Mon
I THINK Frank, Matt, and I are going to try to swing all of the hours ourselves for the first few weeks (maybe a month) just to see how the whole thing is going to operate and then we will need to hire a bartender to two. We'll see how it goes.
In the mean time, we are trying to expand fermentation yet again and are looking at bringing a couple more fermenters online over the next two weeks or so in order to actually have beer in the taproom once it opens.
We also have a consultant coming Saturday to help us start laying out a larger commercial brewhouse to be set up in early 2015.
