I hear Cerberus Brewing in the Springs is the new place to go to.Driving to Denver this Friday for a week with the in-laws out in Evergreen. And since we will be there a week and because I will have my own wheels I can get out and about.
So...how are the breweries in Evergreen?
Evergreen Brewery & Taproom
Lariat Lodge
Revival Brews
Has Golden City Brewing made anything hoppy and delicious lately? I just love that little joint.
I'm debating a run up to Ft Collins based mostly on how much trouble I'll get into with my wife. Equinox Brewing is the destination. Last time I was there they had an IPA that was insanely dank. With a stop at Weld Works based on hype.
Where to go for RR bottles? I'd love to pick up some Supplication/Concentration, both for drinking and to harvest the bugs for a Homebrew sour.
I'm familiar with all the bars in LoDo, but looking for advice on newer breweries. Mostly for IPAs. It's been awhile since I last hit GABF so I'm sure there's some new fantastic Denver joints.
We will also have time for a single brewery stop in Colorado Springs on our way up. Wife and I usually split a flight, then hopefully grab a fill.
I'll go do research at the Evergreen breweries.I hear Cerberus Brewing in the Springs is the new place to go to.
RR Consecration I've seen on shelves this week. Supplication dropped a couple weeks back. Might still be able to find it but I can't point to a place that I know has it.
I know nothing about breweries in Evergreen so I can't help there

Anyone know when we should see BA Victory at Sea?
Soon. I can hold a bottle for you if you want
*4 pack right? Is what I've read. It's cool. I know people. Just wondering.
No clue. But I can do those things again.

New Terrain should be on your list, as well, over Golden City. Agree on Cannonball Creek.I'd say hard pass on both. Absolutely go to Cannonball Creek in Golden instead of GCB. Far superior beer, and they make some excellent hoppy beers.
Agreed! I forget about New Terrain as I've only been once. They opened after I moved out of state. Great beer and great atmosphere.New Terrain should be on your list, as well, over Golden City. Agree on Cannonball Creek.
This will be a Monday or a Tuesday so I hope they're open.
Blocked at work and was going to do it on the laptop later at home.Google, my friendBoth are open on Monday and Tuesday.
There are quite a few distilleries:Ok, so Cannonball Creek & New Terrain are added.

What about distilleries. Anyone making aged juice other than Strananhans?
It's been years since I was last at GCB. And 5 years or more since I last went to Equinox.
Is there any reason to go to Ft Collins? I'm not interested in bars. Just breweries.
Bet that advice doesn't get said often. Just for Weld Works or is there another brewery worth stopping at?Go to Greeley over Fort Collins. No question.

I went to Cerberus yesterday during the day, only had time for two beers, The single hopped Hull Melon which was good, there hazy IPA Eyslium was solid and enjoyed it that one more then the other. Food wise ordered something quick off the app menu but the food menu was solid over all. I’d go back when I’m back in the Springs for sure.Updates?
I didn’t get a chance to stop there, but hit Tap N Handle that night was impressed with the list and even Casey bottles for on premise, cool spot as well imoWiley Roots.
