I drinking my first batch of Aphelwein, and the second batch is a making. I followed your recipe exactly, except I didn't start the second batch soon enought.
My Xbrother-in-law came up thanksgiven and we took a growler and made a ride through the wildlife reserve. Boy, that stuff will have you talking to the animales. Xbrother-in-law left a beliver in Aphelwein.
Took another growler to my nabor who hates my homebrew beers. He wants to bring me some empty bottles so he can take some to the deer camp.
Have a question, I have the aphelwein in a corney keg @ 10 psi. I'm getting a lot of foam. Is this to much presure?
