So, my first real batch (over a gallon..lol) is a SUCCESS! Despite a few worries and set-ups, and despite (I ordered the wrong thing and decided to use it anyway) using wheat malt extract. My "Trappist Wheat" is excellent. Beyond excellent. It's really really good!
