I would like to thank everyone here for all your help. I found this site before I started brewing. With the help of everyone here I have brewed six successful batches, moving from extract to partial mash on my third. As soon as I can find a big enough kettle or keg I will be moving to all grain. So far I have only been reading and learning but I feel like I should join in and share my experiences and hopefully become a supporter soon.
