Texas noob here

Hello all! Been lurking for a few days, decided it was time to introduce myself. Brewed for the first time about 12 years ago. Beer kit. It was a one and done. Brewed for the second time about 3 months ago with a friend - extract kits. I have thoroughly enjoyed the beer and the "cool factor" of brewing. Decided to step it up a bit. Technically not brewing, but I put together some of Ed's Apfelwine today. Will probably put on a beer brewing session again in a week or so. Looking for some recipes... Probably a nut brown and maybe a wheat or something similar. I am sure I will have questions, but I am also sure that the group here will be able to answer anything!
