5 Gallons Freshly Pressed 4 Varietal Apple Cider
CRISPIN
GOLD CRISP

MCINTOSH
1.5oz WHOLE FRESH LIME PEEL
3lbs FRESH/FROZEN STRAWBERRIES (PUREED)
1 PKG LOW ATTENUATING YEAST
4oz PRIMING SUGAR
Add 1.5oz WHOLE LIME PEER to CIDER
Ferment CIDER for 7-10 days until fermentation slows or goes dormant
Prepare STRAWBERRIES by macerating them and adding them to the secondary vessel
Rack CIDER on top of STRAWBERRIES let stand for 7 - 10 more days
Prepare Bottling Equipment
Bottle CIDER with 4oz PRIMING SUGAR dissolved in 2 cups of water and added to finished CIDER at Bottling.
Haven't Made it yet but I am pressing Apples as we speak and this is what we're making today! I will keep you posted.
