i recently purchased a johnson controller model a419 and im not sure how to set it where it works to keep my freezer at 65 degrees.

this is what its set at

setpoint (sp)=65
differential (df)=default 5
anti short delay (asd)=1
sensor failure(sf)=

i wanna make it keep freezer at 65 and its reading 75

anyone used this before an able to explain to me how to use it

any help is appreciated

Where do you have your sensor mounted? You may want to try bumping up your ASD to 5 and lowering your differential to 1 or 2. I tape my sensor to the side of the fermentor when I'm not using a thermowell. This will give you a little more consistancy in my opinion.

sensor is mounted on wall of freezer....its not engaging freezer for somne reason. im gonna open controller up and se if its set right
