Does anyone know of a reasonably priced 120 volt temp controller that has the ability to program a temp schedule? Like if you wanted to preset the temp setting to change after a few days or hours or whatever
Williams is good you can trust them. They’ve been in the game along time and I use them from time to time, ever once in a while they have some good deals. Probably just me but I’ve always thought their website was kinda strange or somethingI won't slam MoreBeer for the higher price. For items I couldn't sell frequently enough I'd put a higher price on too. And it's too easy to find better deals no matter where you are.

Though I have know idea how reputable this place is. I just found it now.
You can download and read the manuals for them. If William's doesn't have the link to the manual, then find the manufacture's site or a vendor site that includes the link.So you all believe the MKII can do what I’m looking for possibly? I tried to look at the various Inkbirds and found a few I thought would be multi day multi day programmable, but in the description it wasn’t clear if it had this capability or not.
Yeah I’ve wanted one for a while but just about the time I decide to go for it, I chicken out. I’m afraid it might not work well for me because my fermenter is stainless inside a freezer that’s inside my metal building that’s 50 yards from the house that has the Wi-Fi.The Rapt controller is pretty sweet.
Like I described above I chickened out on the rapt and decided to play it safe and ordered the mkIIfwiw, the MKII is programmed directly at the unit while the Rapt controller requires web access and an account with the Rapt portal - it cannot be programmed locally. The MKII "sequential profile" granularity is practically one day per entry with up to 12 sequential temperature entries available. From this it appears programmed sequences are limited to 12 days total run time. MKII instructions are attached...
Cheers!
For clarity, the Rapt controller doesn't rely on wireless connectivity unless you're thinking of the Pill. The Rapt is just a very functional "inkbird" type controller that has better automation and a color screen.Yeah I’ve wanted one for a while but just about the time I decide to go for it, I chicken out. My mistake I was thinking of the pill. I feel like the mkII will do the job probably but I will report back in the future. I got it for $44 at Williams. For clarity, the Rapt controller doesn't rely on wireless connectivity unless you're thinking of the Pill.
