I searched for answers but didn't find anything.

I'm trying to find some info on the effects of temp. changes on bottled and kegged beer. I currently have a barleywine that I have chilled to 45F so that I can bottle it from the carbonated keg. Once I have the beer bottled. Is it ok to leave it at room temp? I realize putting it in a cellar is ideal but out here in NM, we do not have basements.

I'm basically wondering how bad it is to raise and lower the temps of kegged beer from 45F to 75F a couple of times.

Should be fine. All my beer is sitting in a 75F basement right now, including my barleywine. It will cool down in the winter to 55F, but i haven't noticed any ill effects from temp swings.
