I am on my way to becoming a teacher and my buddy wants to give me some practice! He is the program director at a local community center and they are interested in having a home brew class. He has sampled many of my beers and loves them (we even tasted them on air, blue chip talk podcast {check it out}). Anyway, they want me to do a 2 part crash course in home brew! I figure this will be perfect practice!
