Tonight I was going to either do my taxes or inventory my hops. It's official: I currently have 28 different hops.

Now you will know how many different varieties you should acquire when you figure out the tax return.

I literally just asked my wife to make sure I do our taxes this week. And planning a brewday on Saturday so I gotta check the hop inventory too. [Rye ipa] dang, gotta check the grain inventory as well.

I did our taxes in March, just got a refund direct-deposited. Your post got me thinking--taxes and hops. I should use a little of that refund to buy some hops.
