Hey all, I figured I'd throw a plug out for tapcooler and how awesome the product and customer service is. I was an early adopter for it. When they first came out, the silicone seal was intended for European bottles which have a slightly smaller neck. US bottles will work with it, but the larger diameter made it less ideal.
Since release, they have developed a newer light color blue silicone boot. It works to seal US bottles much better. Tapcooler has also developed a much lighter weight pressure release spring. These two updates make bottling even better than it was by a long shot.
I won't say how well they worked with me as customer service in getting these new parts because I dont want to make promises for the company. I'll just say that they are awesome and easy to work with, and if you dont have these new updated parts in the US ... you need them. It would be well worth your time to contact them.
