Tap question

I inherited a kegerator from a college buddy and I just got into home brewing. I'd like to know if the tap it came with will work with corny kegs. It fits regular domestic kegs like, Miller, Bud, etc. If not, what kind of tap do I need.

The tap for commercial kegs (Bud, Milller) is a sanke. It won't work with a 5 gal corny keg.

You will need either ball lock or pin lock connections.
