Tap Beer Display Stand

Hello everyone,
first post here, I was looking to make a very simple stand for just 1 tap to put on display. I found this website: http://www.displayshack.com/pages/taptable1/thst001details.htm but I was hoping someone would have a cheaper suggestion. Thanks!

I'd go buy some oak, with crown moulding. One board on top, either open bottom or one on bottom, crown gives a nice taper. Then buy some bolts with a 5/16"-18 thread. Inert into top board and done.
