How much headspace should I leave when filling up the TAD bottles?

You want to fill them to about an inch below the neck.

Just like a regular bottle? Their larger size doesn't make a difference? I would've thought that with more liquid and more priming fermentation, you'd need more headspace.

Well, an inch of headspace in the TAD bottles is more volume than an inch of space in a bottle (neck), so it will be a difference.

Dang... I just noticed you said "below the neck", not "below the top" as is the case with bottles.
