I'm looking for a turkey fryer pot, SS or aluminum, that has an OUTSIDE diameter between 11.5 and 11.75". The sizes listed in stores always include the handles, or rolled rim, which doesn't help me a bit.
This size would typically be 28 - 32 quarts, depending on brand. Height is not as critical as the diameter, but 15" is the minimum.
I'd even consider a steamer basket, but again the diameter is the key. A steamer basket would have to be at least 15" tall as well.
