I am presently using a 6.5 gallon better bottle for primary and a 5 gallon glass carboy for secondary (used once). I can't justify the cost of a SS conical, but could justify the cost of the 6.5 gallon mini brew fermenter. I understand its harder to clean and harder to move than a better bottle. Is there anyone out there who has one and can tell me why they would or would not get one again?
I have seen the brew bucket as well, but it would seem the mini brew has more functionality for a lower cost. Once again, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I have read a hundred posts on the matter, yet still find myself being drawn to a plastic conical.
