I got a ball and pin lock keg. Can I get buy the parts for a ball lock and put them on the keg?

It is possible, but not probable. The problem is the wide variety of thread sizes used for the keg posts. You may or may not be able to find a ball lock post that will fit the threads on your keg. Check out this link for a listing of brands and the thread sizes. http://www.ipass.net/mpdixon/KegThreadSizes.htm

Lids are generally interchangeable. Dip tubes will vary by manufacturer.
