I've only brewed 13 batches so far, but I'm being told by all my friends this is the best one by far. I am a little more critical... until I drink a 6 pack before realizing it. :drunk: So I thought I would share

OG - 1.054
FG – 1.004
ABV – 6.6%
4 lbs White Wheat
4 lbs Pilsen
.5 lb Honey Malt
.5 lb Flaked Oats
1 oz Cascade
1 oz German Saphir
1 oz Saaz
2 Orange peels
2 lbs Clover Honey
Wyeast Belgian Witbier
Steep @ 156
Mash out @ 170
1 lb Honey @ 60
1 Cascade @ 60
1 German Saphir @ 20
1 oz zest @ 5
1 Saaz @ flame out
1 lb Honey @ flame out
Zest – Secondary for week – 1 oz

Nothing too crazy here by any means. Random question, too - how does everyone decide to use fractions of an ounce of hops?

Sounds tasty and definitely looks like a crowd pleaser. I'm going to be brewing something similar soon, but hopped to IPA standards. So more like a White IPA, but similar grain bill and extras including yeast. Mine will just have a lot more hops additions.

Congrats on the crowd pleaser! It's always nice to brew something you like, but it's extra nice when a group of friends enjoy as well.

That sounds good - please share how it turns out - I would definitely like to try something like that! :mug:
