Sugru

This stuff is awesome. I've been building a controller for my fridge and I was wondering if I could wrap a temperature sensor (DS18B20) in sugru and put it in my fermenter without ruining my beer. I know its waterproof, or at least water resistant. I'm not sure if it's food safe, or if it's brew safe, though. Anyone know?

Whoops, I missed that. Darn. Going to have to find a source of a food safe sensor
