So i have a Sh*t ton of Chinook this year from my hop harvest. Havent dried them all yet, but i'm looking at maybe a pound off my second year bines.
Anywho, I've made pales and IPA with 'em before and while i dig em, i cant help but wonder if a darker beer, maybe a brown ale or a porter might not better compliment the flavor of these hops.
I checked the recipe section, did the Google search, etc. but dint find any specific recipes which moved me.
Anybody have a recipe? Failing that, can anyone help me build an extract recipe with steeped grains and what not? Thus far my own recipes have been rather simple (ie Some crystal 10 or 20, extract, hops...) but I'm looking to experiment
