Substitution Question

Recipe calls for 1.25 lbs of rice solids added at flameout. Could I accomplish the same thing adding flaked rice to my mash?

It’s a Dos Equis clone

Yes they are interchangeable. The tough part is figuring out the conversion, I don't think it is 1:1

Just use a recipe calculator. Note the gravity with the rice solids. Take those out then add enough flaked rice to get the same gravity.
