So I'm going to attempt a sublimely self righteous extract clone tomorrow. Stone's website has it at 8.7 abv, 90 IBUs, with chinook, simcoe, and amarillo hops. Here's what I have:
10 lb extra pale lme
8 oz Crystal 60L
8 oz Carafa III
1 oz Chinook - 60 min
1 oz Chinook - 30 min
1 oz Simcoe - 10 min
1 oz Amarillo - 10 min
1 oz Simcoe - dry hop
1 oz Amarillo - dry hop
White Labs English Ale Yeast
Plugged this into hopville and I get 78 IBUs and 7.5 abv. I'm not trying to get it perfect, just want to know if it would be close to the taste with what I have. Thanks.
