So I just made a braggot tonight. but wondering what catergory this really falls into since I added vanilla and coriander to it.
Heres the recipe. this will be split into 2, 5.5gal batches
10lbs Honey
3lbs Extra Light DME
Wyeast 4184
After primary, I will be pitching Champagne yeast to dry it up a bit, split it into two batches, add water to bring back up to 5.5 gallons each and add more wort from a 3lb bag of DME. In Secondary I will also be adding 2 vanilla bean and a tsp coriander...so what ya think. what sub catagory?
