I've been completely confused... I just brewed my first batch and its done carbonating. It conditioned in the bottle for 3 weeks at 69-73f and it came out absolutely perfect. couldn't find any straight forward information on the site.

1) What temp should I store it at for maximum shelf life? (I have a refrigerator available to chill all of it if thats best).

2) are there different storing temps for different styles? what should be cellared and what should be chilled or left at room temp?

3) should i leave it at room temp to allow my wheat beer to "evolve" and allow the yeast to continue working? I know that this style is best enjoyed young but just want know if its worth experimenting with.

all answers appreciated!!! been searching for answers this whole week

The wheat is best fresh, It will not hurt the beer if you store some of it in a cool closet for a few weeks while you develop fridge space.:)
