Storing life of grains

Hi guys, after 1.5 year im finaly back in brewing!!
I still have an un-oppened bulk bag off pale malt sitting in a basement closet.
Is it still good?

You should open the nsack, it spread it out and check for weevils in the bottom of the bag. I learned the hard way many years ago that all grains and grain products have elements that will eventually turn into weevils.

According to some of the maltster's websites uncrushed grains are good for a number of years as long as they are stored dry and cool.
