Storing fruit purée???

Hello I use half of my Fruit purée in my beer. So my question what the best ways to store the left over fruit purée so I can use it again if needed too?

Freeze it.

Freeze it, but remove any air from the package. Put in a ziplock bag and make sure there is no/minimal air.
