I was getting ready to brew a batch tonight, but just found out I may be leaving town for several weeks (3-5) I don't have a mill so I had it crushed at the hbs. Is there any way I can store it if I do leave that will keep it good enough to use?

I could be leaving any minute, or not until tomorrow, it's ul in the air right now.

Seal it up in tupperware or similar, and put it in the freezer. If you can flush it with CO2 before or as you seal it, that would also help.
I can't do that, but I do have reusable silica gel packets that I use for other purposes if that would help.

Those will help dehydrate just a bit, but they won't do much. At least put it in the refrigerator, and sealed up.
It's all in tupperware in a chest freezer with multiple silica packets. I hope that keeps it fresh enough.
