What is the best way to store these?

The place I purchased from today had them in a refrigerator.

I searched online and on here and didn't find a discussion or recommendation.

Thanks

I keep my 'floc in the bag it came in; a thick plastic, very small ziplock. It just sits on my brew shelf in the basement. I've never had trouble with it. Kyle

I would think just storing in a cool dry place like most things would be enough. You are right though, I don't think it's been talked about much.

I keep my campden tabs in a ziploc baggie with the rest of my brew consumables, more or less a cool, dry place. Otherwise known as a 5 gallon bucket in the spare bedroom.
