Still EdWort's Apfelwein?

Hi!

Has anyone tried bottling the apfelwein without carbonating it (say, into wine bottles) and maturing it for > 6 months?
Is it nice/worth a try?

Yes, if you like it dry, it ages very well. I did half still and half carbed. Both are delicious.
