My local grocery shop had a palet of 24 Stegmaier Gold 16 oz pop top cases for $12. I need bottles for filling and thought this was a goldmine.
However when I looked closely at home the bottles appear to be poorly made. On the outside there are pin hole divots and imperfection in the glass. There are 2 white scuff lines probably from rollers.
Should I expect bottle bombs from them? Maybe if the glass is thick enough they should be fine.
The beer sucks so I got screwed both ways.
