Yes I can. And the answer is almost certainly no. The STC uses an NTC thermistor. An RTD will not work, unless you are willing to put some serious time and effort into modifying the stc and provide electronics to generate a suitable voltage from the RTD. Even when that is done, you either need to emulate the nonlinear nature of the NTC or provide new software for the STC. And for what? The resolution of the AD is limiting. If you need a wider teperature range, you will HAVE to change the software on the STC.
If all you want is to connect an existing sensor, then replacing the sensor or trying to find a thermostat that accepts RTD input makes more sense.
