Starter

Hey guys -- I am doing an extract of red Irish ale - I made a starter on the Sunday afternoon from a wyeast pack - will this be okay to pitch on Thurs when I brew - or should I add more starter or should refrigerate until the day of -- any help would be appreciated ?

you should be fine to just pitch it. you could refrigerate it for a few days and pour off the starter wort, but if it's not too big, you can just pitch it. it should be well done by now.
