10 gallon batch with a blow off tube into 1/2 qt of star San solution. During transfer tube fell back into bucket, sucking star San into keg fermenter.

Pitch batch or RDWHAHB?
 
This isn't a problem. Star San is an acid sanitizer, and the beer will buffer it in small amounts.

Not an issue. To prove a point some guy from Five Star drank a quart of the stuff (properly diluted).
 
I had the same problem, but it was 2 quarts into 5 gallons. I haven't died yet.
