As the other poster said, one is a single, the other a dual. Click on the Mouser datasheet link. It gives the whole story.
A few things to consider though. One of them is good to a higher voltage, which may or may not be relevant to your application. Also, the total cost for two singles is "usually" less than the cost of a dual. As a result, replacing a single that has blown up is much less as well.

Funny how many statements I make regarding brewing start with "I think I might need a bigger...":D

If you need anymore info regarding SSR's, do a search of the forums. There are plenty of hits. Some are using them exactly as you initially intended so feel free to disregard what I've said. It took about 5 years with my wife to develop that kind of humility. It's a good thing I don't have a tail or I'd be a miserable sight.
