I have one keg setup in my kreezer and want to split the line with a dual shutoff valve so i can keg two beers with one line. My question is can I shut one line off and force carb the other. Then when force carb is done open the other line and set psi to 10?

i've seen setups on here where the person has a separate regulator for each keg connected to a single tank of CO2. that way they can do what you are saying. carb one to one level and carb the other do a different level or just serve.

If you are trying to do it the cheapest way, then just put a plastic T in the line so you can connect two kegs. Instead of shutting one off when force carbing the other, just pull off the quick connect instead. Same end result and no shutoff valve needed.

.... or just be patient and let your kegs carbonate at 10psi to avoid connecting/disconnecting/adjusting the regulator. My beers usually need some more aging between kegging and consuming, so I have no problem connecting the gas and waiting for 1 or 2 weeks before drinking the beer.

Yeah. If I put a T shut off can I close off the keg that is already carbinated and force carb the new keg with decarbinating the the other? I just don't want to have any issues with the carbnination with the keg that is already carbinated. I'm guessing waiting is the best way to go. Dam i hate waiting :(

When you disconnect the gas line from a keg, it seals up. The pressure that is in the keg stays in the keg. You won't lose carbonation on that beer.

not the cheapest but get a manifold and check valves with shut off. its not expensive, it will save you incase you keep switching back and forth. no beer will go into your reg, also you dont have to keep pulling the connects. just turn the gas off at the manifold.
