spinning tap handles

so i just put my keezer together today and i have a question. I tightened the shanks and everything is good but i can spin the tap handles. am i missing something, is there a way to tighten them so they are solid?

Faucet wrench? I thought that some tap handles could be tilted to the right so in a bar setting it would indicate that keg is tapped out.

What kind of faucets do you have? Ventmatics are designed to turn freely.

I have Perlicks and I believe they turn. I tried to tighten them, but no luck I'm finishing my keezer build and gassing keg #1 tonight.
