Spartan Kegerator?

So I was in my local liquor/beer store today picking up some brew and I saw that they had a Spartan brand kegerator for $400 bucks. I have been thinking about either buying or building a Kegerator lately so was excited to run into this one. The only thing is in all of my research I have never heard of the Spartan brand of kegerators/mini fridges, etc. has anyone heard of this brand? I am wondering if it could be crap.

I didn't take a pic of the full unit but here is a pic of the info listed on the back. It says that it's 6 cu ft.
