So I've brewed two batches of a one gallon brew getting ready to move on to 5 gallons soon (just wanted some practice) but my only complication in brewing so far is sparging. I have trouble with my method I guess, I just don't get it, any helpful tips or methods the will make it easier. It's just a painin the butt.
