I personally prefer whole leaf so if possible I will go with one pound of Cascsde instead of the amarillo and the Simcoe.

Just so we're on the same page... you're dropping both the simcoe and amarillo and only going with one pound of cascade right?

I've got next monday, maybe thursday, and friday. If it won't be here by then, I need to know so I can figure out what to do about all of this grain.

The spot pricing is based on market value.... that and the fact that we are home brewers.

I was thinking the same thing, Jeff! The bag has to be huge!!!! I'm going to grab a few pounds, and that'll fill up a small garbage bag.

I'll take as much as 10 lbs but I'm really glad you mentioned it because I've never used it before and I had no idea it was so light weight and fluffy so to speak. I guess I'll bring a fermentation bucket or a trash bag. or both
