Does anyone here know where in SC, or even Charlotte, NC, I can find DFH 90 min IPA? I've got a clone I'm bottling Saturday, and want a sixer+ to compare to. I've never had it, but hear it's a great beer.

Well, if anyone else has this question, I've got the answer. In SC, anything over 6% ABV, cannot be sold as beer. There's a bill going through the state house right now trying to get that changed, but that'll probably be a year or two down the road.

If you still need some, I can ship it to you from DE. I've got some aging in the bancement, but the hops are really mellowing out. It's probably best to compare to fresh beer. If you pay the bill, I'll pick up a 4-pack and ship it, just let me know.

Georgia just passed a law allowing beer over (whatever)% to be sold. We are just now seeing DFH, the 90 min is pretty good. Georgia is not that far of a drive from SC. But, I think there are some dry counties in Georgia and beer over (whatever)% has to be sold a liquor stores (I think).

I really appreciate the offer. However, I just picked up a 4 pack in Charlotte, NC. Hopefully, I'll be able to wait until mine are ready, to break into them. At $2+/bottle, that'd be a pretty expensive drunk. But, I guess since you'd only need one or two, it wouldn't be that bad. :drunk:
