Sour water profile?

What should I be shooting for - there doesn't appear to be too much info out there?

Attached is my current water profile. I have gypsum, epsom salt, and calcium chloride but i can get other stuff as well if need be. Thanks for the help!

What style of sour? The water profile for a 1.035 gose is quite different to a 1.100 dark sour!
