Sour boozy smell during fermentation

Hi,
I started brewing again after a long break. I am fermenting in a mash and boil with the proper lid and airlock. Since it boiled in the vessel I didn’t re sanitize. I opened it tonight to dry hop after three days and it had a very very strong boozy smell. It also sour. Should I be concerned? I’ve never fermented in a mash and boil so I guess I am concerned.
