Hi all. So we brewed a few batches years ago but I was in and out of the country for several years. Now back in Colorado Springs and not leaving anytime soon so trying to get back into it. We have begun making wine a few months ago and just made an IPA last week. Should be botteling next week. Any way I'm here because it seems like a great source of information and I don't want to continue making beer from kits. That being said I have all the needed equipment does anyone have a good dunkel recipe. The wife really likes that style beer.

I haven't brewed a Dunkel (yet), but there should be plenty of solid choices in the recipe section.
