Yup, as the title says. Got the Mr.Beer for Christmas. I always talked about brewing my own and someone listened and got me the kit. Pale Ale is in the fridge conditioning.

I'm hooked and already looking at Boil Kettles and HLT.

I'm thinking Electric Brewery. I'm loving that website. Besides you can brew indoors.

My next batch of beer will most likely be AG. Until I build up the brewery I'm probably going to be making some mead and wine. Who never told that making your own drink was so easy to do?

Welcome to the obsession. Many people here have started with the Mr. beer kit, and have progressed on. You can find a "sticky" on the beginners forum that is all about using the Mr. beer kits and what people have done using them. I still have mine, but its a little dusty. One thing I would like to mention now though, is you want to leave the new brew out in room temps.(70F) to carb and condition. The yeast will go into hibernation in the fridge and the beer won't carb up. So 2weeks at room temp out of the sun light and a few days in the fridge before tasting should make you a happy beerologist. Welcome to HBT & Cheers:tank:

Yes, it is an obsession.

And have no fear the bottles are out of the fridge. I guess in my excitement to drink some of it I put it in the fridge. Ok, I admit, I drank a little of it uncarbonated and it wasn't bad at all. I will for sure learn patience in this hobby.

BTW - What's your favorite part of an All Grain brewing Session??

The spARRRRRge of course!
