Manostat Vera Varistaltic Pump Plus for sale. I purchased new in 2008 and used until 2012. Works well. Dimensions 13" x 9" x 6". Weighs 16 lbs. $100 + shipping.

The owner's manual states that it will use ID sizes of 1/32 in to 5/16 in. Assuming a wall thickness of 1/16 in, the answer to your question is 7/16 in. I used Norprene tubing 7/16 in OD, 5/16 in ID. Flow rates with this tubing are listed at 121 to 3400 ml/min. You can also use silicone or tygon tubing but norprene is more durable. I have 19 feet of this tubing that is unused that I will throw in with the pump.
 
Highly recommend sticking with norprene for peristaltic pumps!
