It looks like the hop/sediment stuff that was left in the bottom of the primary. Is this normal, or at the very least nothing to worry about?

There's also some bubbles floating around up on the surface. I'm not too concerned about it but thought I'd ask anyway since I had the thread goin
 
Should be fine.
I dry hopped a best bitter in secondary for just over two weeks recently.
At time of bottling I still had a thin bubbly film on top and minor airlock activity and some remaining hop matter, but the final gravity reading was right at 1.010
As long as it's been at least a few weeks from the day you brewed you are likely good to go
