* It is a small Euro-style pub located in Jaco town, Costa Rica, selling local draft beers on tap (10 taps) and premium Belgian beers in bottles, and food. We have 4 tables inside, and one outside. The place has small kitchen, a big kegerator where you can fit 11-12 kegs of beer.
* 100 meters from the beach
* It is a new, family owned business with returning customers
* It is located in the central street of Jaco town and it is easily transferrable to another location
* Reason of selling a business is because owners are relocating to another country
* We will provide all the local draft beer distributor contacts (the ones we are working with and the ones we don't, but who also have distribution in Jaco)
* We are #11 (of 105) in Trip Advisor and have excellent reviews
* Business operates from 5pm to 12am, making it easy to enjoy days and mornings at the beach

In case anyone is really interested you should read the Q&A section on Trip Advisor as it differs somewhat from the OP's description in terms of number of tabs and bottle availability.

Might be a better review if you link to the restaurant the OP is referring to and not a different one.
