small mead?

My book mentions a mead for the impatient...small mead but it doesn't give a recipe for 1. How is it for the impatient? and does anyone have a recipe?

That would most likely be one made with reduced honey and logically quicker ageing.

As for a recipe ? Pretty much any could do, just that you'd have to reduce a lot of them down, so maybe have a search for "hydromel" as that's what a lot call lower strength ones........
